Job description

- Need minimum of 4 days per week with 1-2 days onsite and the remaining remote after training
- Must be willing to do First 2 weeks of training onsite
- Must be in-network for Medicare and Medicaid and have an active NY License and DEA and Board Certified
- 20 minute med checks and 1 hour evals, NO admin time
- Average 20-24 patients/day Very busy Practice, Provider must be strong and Self Sufficient
- Typical cases; Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Heavy Benzo population, No Addiction
- EMR – Netsmart Must be computer proficient
- On-boarding will now take 3 full weeks upon receipt of paperwork
