DESCRIPTION:

· Average Day Adult Outpatient Census: varies.

· Average Day Adult Inpatient Census: 15-20

· On Call Schedule 1:6

REQUIRED:

· NY state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified ABPN

· EMR: EPIC

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:

· Mon-Fri 8-430 pm
