Facility: Premier FQHC system serving the Sacramento community- Dedicated to administering professional and compassionate health homes that serve the needs of low-income, multi-ethnic populations throughout the greater Sacramento area Opportunity: Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to provide individual medical Psychiatry services for a diverse and underserved patient population *Provider will operate under an integrated behavioral health model, supporting primary care providers and other behavioral health staff *Join dedicated and established behavioral health team with experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists, mid-level providers, nurses, and clinical assistants *Psychiatrist will provide clinical supervision to no more than four Psychiatry NPs or PAs at a time, including availability for clinical questions, regular feedback via one-on-one meetings, and periodic chart review Compensation: Competitive starting salary dependent upon experience (280k-364k), medical, dental, vision, 403-b matched by employer, CME, PTO, paid sick days, paid holidays, malpractice/tail insurance, and more. NHSC qualified for State Loan Repayment Program.
