Job description

Full-time, will consider part-time
Child and adolescent population
Flexible schedule
Mon - Fri (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
5-6 patients per day
Med management - 30-45 mins
Initial evaluation - 1 hour and 30 mins
Type of cases seen - mental health, depression, bipolar
PromiseID required
BC is required
Preferred (not required) provider to be fellowship trained for Child/Adolescent
Community based program
Support is available for the provider

• Low patient volume
• Community based program
• Will cover malpractice insurance
