Position Overview: Licensed Psychologist
As a Licensed Psychologist at Bridges of the Mind, you’ll provide comprehensive psychological assessments to individuals of all ages, including toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults. Your work will primarily focus on psychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Delays. There is also potential to expand into individual and group therapy for specific populations.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
– Active and unrestricted license in the State of California through the California Board of Psychology.
– Experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments (2+ years) and working with individuals with developmental disabilities (1+ year).
– Proficiency in administering the ADOS-2.
– Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely documentation and report completion.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including intake interviews, administration of tests, feedback sessions, and comprehensive written psychological reports.
– Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams (e.g., PCP, schools, psychiatrists).
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
– Participate in team meetings, community outreach, and marketing activities as needed.
– Build relationships with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
