✅ Qualifications
✔️ Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
✔️ Active Indiana Psychologist License
✔️ Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a management role
✔️ Background in public health or hospital psychology preferred
✔️ Strong expertise in CBT, DBT, behavioral program development, and research evaluation
✔️ Strategic thinker with a collaborative, ethical leadership style

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Set strategic direction and lead the psychology department’s operations
✔️ Design, implement, and evaluate programs (e.g., substance abuse, outpatient, behavior modification)
✔️ Supervise clinical training for staff and graduate students
✔️ Conduct institutional research and make data-driven improvements
✔️ Advise on budget planning and hospital policy development
✔️ Provide expert input for legal and court-related psychological assessments
✔️ Maintain full compliance with state and institutional standards
