Job description

- Schedule: The clinic is open Monday - Friday with the provider working 10-hour days, 4 times per week (exact schedule will be mutually agreed upon by the provider and client).
- Job Setting: In-person outpatient clinic.
- Dates of Coverage: 4 months, full time.
- Types of Cases: Typically, the provider will be doing Child Assessments (Autism and Cognitive tests) while working both with the patient and parent. Experience with developmental pediatric/autism experience.
- Patients per Day/Volume: Estimated 4-6 patients/appointments per day – times for appointments are either 1- or 2-hour appointments.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
- Licensure: Must Have an Active Oregon License.
