Position Details:
Location: Hospital Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: 7/28/25
End Date: 12/29/25
Shift: M-F, 8a-4p
OT x1.5. no call, no weekends, no holidays
Certs: Must be Board Certified
Patient Volume: 15-20 patients/day
Notes: Must have outpatient experience. Provider will be asked to work EVERY OTHER WEEK, starting on 7.28.25 Monday-Friday. Major Holidays, we are closed. No call.
