OUTPATIENT PULMOMOLOGY NEED IN ARIZONA !!!

License Status Required: Must have AZ license or Active IMLC

Specialty- Pulmonology – outpatient only

Need 2 weeks a month ongoing
Ideal candidate for full-time coverage
Outpatient Pulmonary only - no consults, call, or hospital responsibilities


Shift times- Monday through Friday – 8a-5p

Dates- June 2026 – Full-time, Mon-Fri

Census- about 25 patients per day – new patient are 30 min, established patients are 15 minutes (start at 30 until comfortable with EHR). Hospital follow-ups 15-30 minutes, no hospital consults, inpatients, or call

EMR- Meditech

COVID Vaccine – No

Submission Process: Name Clear, CV and NPDB with CV on presentation, standard process

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-days from when an applications is complete – Need to credential with payers

Shift Information for Sales Ops: June 2026, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p for next 6 months.
