Radiation Oncologist Needed for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System- Fort Wayne Campus- Fort Wayne, IN

• Base Contract: ASAP for 12 months with 4 - one year option periods available
• Deadline to submit proposal: 01/11/2024 @ 9a CST
• Any state license accepted
• On-site Radiation Oncology Services to include new patient visits, patient follow-up visits, radiation oncology, medical physicist, and dosimetrist peer reviews and tumor board conferences
• Part-time outpatient coverage- 2 weeks per month
• Travel, lodging and malpractice paid
