The facility is equipped with modern radiation therapy equipment including Varian Truebeam Edge and Vitalbeam systems to support advanced cancer treatment delivery. The center maintains established protocols for both inpatient and outpatient oncology care coordination.

About the clinician's workday

The radiation oncologist will provide comprehensive oncology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with emergency call coverage. Daily responsibilities include managing clinic patients and delivering radiation therapy treatments using Varian Truebeam Edge and Vitalbeam Eclipse treatment planning systems. The clinician will utilize Mosaic EMR for all patient documentation and treatment coordination. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required with New Mexico medical licensure.
