12 Remote Radiologists Needed (ASAP)

Job description

I have a client looking for 12 Remote Radiologists to start June 1.   

Contract Length:  3 months up to 6 months with the option to extend
Shift Details:   Monday- Friday with a 30-minute to an hour lunch break.
• Three shift options:
o 7am-4pm: Inpatient CE, GI, BE, ER
o 8am-5pm: Inpatient x-rays, ultrasounds, special procedures (thora, para, biopsy, mammograms)
o 11am to 8pm: Inpatient CT, X-ray, ER
• Weekend coverage: 1:4 call. No more frequent than every 3rd weekend

Work Details:  
• Remote may be a consideration if we are not getting enough onsite candidates, I will email out if we are ready for remote)
• 125 on avg. depending on modality. Avg 86 CT’s a day. Avg 146 xrays a day. u/s 24 patients per day. MR about 20 per day. These #’s are divided up among the Radiologists.
• Weekend RVU's: CT’s about 51 per weekend, 88, U/S 6. MR 6. Typical peak times 9am – 5pm.
• Modalities: no interventional radiology. No intravascular procedures.
• PACS system: Currently on Merge (will transfer to Phillips in October)
Requirements: 
• Board Certification: BC preferred
• State license required: Any 
• Certifications required: Already be on a RAM license somewhere
• Minimum experience required:   Have to have hospital experience. MD or DO.
Credentialing Timeframe:   2-4 week emergency privileges
