Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Travel Contract
Facility: Stern – Regal Care at Courtyard
Location: 200 Governors Ave, Medford, MA 02155


Description:
Stern – Regal Care at Courtyard is seeking a **Physical Therapist** for a **13-week travel rehab assignment** in a skilled nursing facility. The PT will evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatments to help patients restore function, mobility, and independence.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
* Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, and mobility
* Document patient progress and update care plans
* Collaborate with the rehab team for optimal patient outcomes
Details:
* Contract: 13 weeks (full-time, days)
* Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab

Requirements:
* Active **MA PT license** (or eligibility)
* Graduate of an accredited PT program
* 1+ year of rehab or SNF experience preferred
* Current CPR/BLS certification
