Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care.
Educate clients and families about mental health issues and resources available to them.
Requirements
Master's degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, etc.
Valid state licensure as a mental health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, etc.).
Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services.
Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
