Position Overview

Provider Type: MD/DO (Board Certified)
Schedule: Part-Time, recurring every other Monday
Start Date: January 26
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days

Schedule & Call
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call Required: Yes (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Call Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

Call Coverage:
Site A: OR and OB call
Site B: OR call only
Call Response Time: Must be within 20 minutes

Practice Model
Physicians on-site with minimal supervision responsibilities
Coverage model includes 1 Anesthesiologist and 1 CRNA per site

Case logs required for spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks

Requirements
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Active Indiana license or IMLC eligibility
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
OB experience required
Comfortable practicing independently
Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Additional Details
Daytime staffing includes one MD and one CRNA per location
