Locum Physician – Urology - Silverdale, WA

A well-established program is seeking a locum tenens Urologist to provide ongoing coverage with a balanced mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and surgical cases. This opportunity offers consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and the ability to secure multiple months of coverage.

Responsibilities include general adult urology care in the outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, call coverage, and OR procedures. The scope is primarily bread-and-butter urology, with access to robotic technology if desired (not required). The environment is fast-paced yet collaborative, supported by experienced nursing and administrative staff.

The schedule includes weekday clinic hours (8a–4p) with shared night and 24-hour call on a rotating basis. Weekend coverage is limited. This role is ideal for a urologist seeking predictable locum work, solid case volume, and a smooth operational setup using Epic EMR.

Ideal Candidate:-
Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist
Active WA license – WA or IMLC (LOQ)
Comfortable practicing independently and managing a busy service
Team-oriented, efficient, and patient-focused

• Adult Urology locum coverage combining outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, rounding, and OR cases in a fast-paced setting
• Clinic hours 8a–4p with night call and rotating 24-hour call (~1:6); limited weekends and shared call responsibility
• Wide scope of general urology procedures (clinic and surgical), Epic EMR, strong onsite support staff, and robot available (not required)
