Rheumatology—mostly arthritis patients

Monday-Thursday 8-5; Friday 8-2

Clinic only

Requirements:

Board Certifications Req’d
State License(s): GA; will consider IMLC only
Certifications: BLS
DEA Req’d?: yes
Years of Experience Req’d: 2+ years; no new grads

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
