✅ Qualifications
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ NYS CNA certification + BLS
✔️ 1+ year patient care experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)
✔️ Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver direct patient care across med-surg units
✔️ Assist with ADLs and patient mobility
✔️ Obtain and document vital signs
✔️ Support nursing procedures
✔️ Maintain safe, clean patient environments
✔️ Transport patients and equipment as needed
