✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of accredited nursing program
✔️ Active NYS RN license + BLS (or willing to recertify)
✔️ 1+ year recent acute care experience
✔️ EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
✔️ Excellent assessment, critical thinking & teamwork skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide care for post-op patients needing intermediate monitoring
✔️ Administer medications & follow treatment protocols
✔️ Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
✔️ Document accurately using EPIC
✔️ Collaborate on patient care plans
✔️ Educate patients and families on post-op recovery
