Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6+ months
Shift Details: 12 hour night shifts 7p-7a
Schedule: 3 12 hour shifts per week. Will take sporadic coverage
Work Details:
· Support staff: 2 APP's at night. Attendings back up coverage.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 15-20 shifts per month
· Patient population/age: Adults,
· 24 OR's total
· Department description: Surgical ICU and consults, lower acuity and volume to start. Triage patients. Surgical APP coverage all surgical services except Neurosurgery. No trauma, burn, cardiac surg, transplant. ENT, Neuro, Obgyn, Plastics consults.
· EMR: Epic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· State license required: CA
· Certifications required: ATLS
· Minimum experience required: 2-3 years experience.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days, temps will be approved

• 6 months with the option to extend
• 3x12s
• Surgical APP coverage all surgical services except Neurosurgery. No trauma, burn, cardiac surg, transplant. ENT, Neuro, Obgyn, Plastics consults.
