We’re seeking an experienced Trauma Surgeon in Hartford, CT for an exciting locum position. This is your chance to make an impact in a Level 1 Trauma Center with a robust caseload and a supportive team.

Dates of Coverage: ASAP - Ongoing
Contract type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Schedule: Mon–Fri: 7a–4p 3 weeknights/week: 4p–7a Sat/Sun: 7a–7a call
Comprehensive benefits: Malpractice, Mileage

🔧 Required Procedures:
Adult & Geriatric Trauma
Blunt & Penetrating Trauma
Chest Tube Insertion
Laparoscopic procedures: Appendectomy & Cholecystectomy

✅ Requirements:
Board-Certified in Trauma Surgery (Surgical Critical Care)
Fellowship training
Active Connecticut license
ACLS, DEA, and clean background
Local candidates

📅 Credentialing Timeframe: 30-40 days if licensure is active
