The Fine Print

1. No purchase necessary. Offer open to entrants over the age of eighteen residing in the United States, excluding employees of the United States or any state, county, municipal, or other government. Limit one entry per person and one person per organization. By participating in this promotion, entrant acknowledges that LocumTenens.com is gathering information to be used by its marketing department to solicit business for locum tenens physician placement and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for LocumTenens.com to use winners' names and/or likeness for purposes of advertising without further compensation.

2. Entrant must answer all of the questions contained on the attached entry form to be entered in the drawing. No mechanically produced entries permitted.

3. LocumTenens.com is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or entries not received in time for the drawing.

4. The trip must be taken one year from the date the prize is awarded. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Winners must notify LocumTenens.com of intended trip dates at least 30 days prior to departure. Ticketing will be handled by LocumTenens.com or a travel agency chosen by LocumTenens.com.

6. All travelers must execute a release of liability prior to ticketing.

7. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
