• Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
• Patients per day: 10-15
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be Board Certified
• ATLS Required
• DEA Required
• Active AZ License Required
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
