Location: Abbeville, LA

Start: January

13-week assignment

***Need will be full time for 4-5 weeks then PRN after. 2-8 shifts/month

**Need to be enrolled with Louisiana payers.

**Ideal candidate will be someone with DOT certification and at least 2+ years UC experience

Support staff: MA, RN, APP will be solo
• Coverage Type: All patients
• Schedule Details: 8a-8p.

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Outpatient Urgent Care
• Practice Setting: freestanding
• EMR/Charting Software: Experity
• Vaccines Mandatory?: N/A
• Avg. Daily Census: 35+ PPD
• Patient Age Group: all
• Procedures: all required urgent care testing, diagnosis, suturing and splitting

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s):LA
• Certifications: ACLS
• CSR Req’d: NO
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 3 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
