2 ER/UC Nurse Practitioners Needed in OR (will license)

Start: July

13-week assignment

OR licensed preferred, can start as soon as credentialed
**Site is flexible. Provider can work at the hospital or any of their clinics. The provider can work 1 site or float to all clinics.
**Current locums are working 1 week/mo. Scheduler said they would take all the help they can get.
**Off-Site, in town housing provided during stay

Shift Details: clinic coverage available (clinics Mon-Fri 8a-5p)

Locations:
Hospital – Pioneer Memorial Hospital -Heppner, OR (attached to the hospital, provider welcome to work clinic only or both)
Clinics- Heppner (primary care)
Ione (primary care/family medicine/urgent care)
Irrigon (family medicine, urgent care, primary)
Boardman (occupational health)

Work Details: Hospital
• Support staff:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Most providers work 1 week/mo. There is flexibility
• Patients per day: average 6 pts/day – low volume/high acuity (1000 visits annually)
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Department description: 3 bed ER within a 25 bed critical access facility. No L&D unit at this facility.
• EMR:
• Hospital bed size: 25 beds, L IV Trauma
• Special procedures: Providers will oversee anything that comes through the door
