Locum Urgent Care NP or PA needed in La Grande, Oregon

Urgent Care clinic

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Start: 1/19/26

End: 5/18/26

Schedule: Mon - Thur 8A - 6P, 4 days/week, no call

Patients: 20-40ppd

EMR: EPIC

License: OR

Additional Info: Full time provider - They do double up on Mondays because they get busy on Mondays. Facility Information
6 Exam rooms:
- 1 procedure room
- 2 isolation rooms
- 1 pediatric room
- 2 standard exam rooms
Pt. seen per day: 20 – 40
Support staffing: 2 – 3 clinical support staff per shift. Mix of RN’s & CMA’s
Medical Director available via email/EPIC/phone during the day
Patient Population: All ages
