Locums - APP – Urgent Care (NP/PA) -Costa Mesa, CA (occasional float to Irvine, CA)

Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule

Weekdays: 8a–8p (M–F)

Weekends: 8a–5p

Holidays: Coverage required

Notes: Mondays are higher volume; overlap shifts into holidays possible. Multiple providers may be considered.

Work Details

Practice Setting: Urgent Care

Patients: Higher volumes expected, especially on Mondays

Interview: With Manager and Clinical Admin

Requirements

Experience:

Urgent Care: REQUIRED (minimum 1 year, 3 years preferred)

Emergency Department: Highly preferred

Skills/Attributes: Excellent bedside manner is extremely important

Certifications/Licensure: Active CA license required

Other: Local candidates highly preferred (to minimize travel costs)

Contracting: 2–3 months for credentialing (can be expedited)
