Position Highlights

Facility Type: Urgent Care

Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care

EMR: EPIC (EMR and shadow training provided prior to first shift)

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Shift Commitment: Up to 16 shifts per month; must be available for some weekends

Start Date: December 2, 2025

Coverage: Scheduled shifts only; no call

Team Structure: Solo provider supported by an MA and RN

Patient Volume: 35–45 patients per day

Procedures: Typical urgent care cases including colds, flu, COVID, X-rays, sutures, splints, and more

Provider Requirements

Board Certification required

Active state license required

DEA required; no CSR needed

Minimum 2+ years of urgent care or high-acuity outpatient experience preferred

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: 3–4 weeks
