New Opportunity Located in Northern CA with Aya Locums: Acute Care NP

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide short-term coverage at a facility in Northern California. This position offers a focused clinical schedule and an opportunity to work within an Acute Care team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: November 2025 or later
• Contract Length: Short-term (4 total workdays)
• Schedule: One day of orientation and three scheduled 12-hour shifts (travel days not included)
• Scheduling Notice: Final dates provided with a 10-day notice
• Floating may be required (transportation coordinated by Aya)

Work Details
• Pre and post op care for acute care/emergency surgery
• Inpatient/ward ICU management
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• License: Active California NP license required
• Board Certification: Yes
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, & PALS
• Minimum Experience: Acute care experience required
• Travel and lodging are fully coordinated
