Fort Madison- FT/PT
FNP/PA need
Must see all ages
3-4 days a week- Biweekly rotation
Week 1- Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2- Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
Procedure: Needs to do Suturing and basic bread and butter procedures
Certs: BLS, PALS, ACLS, DEA, CSRA
PPD: 25-30

3 interview process
Needed for the job but not required on presentation is DOT
EMR- E-clinical
Cred- ASAP
Solo provider, but an intake nurse and an RN (3-man team including provider)
3 months assignment with potential to extend


Schedule

M-F- 7-7
Sat 8-6
Sun- 1-5

• 3-4 days/ week on a biweekly rotating schedule
• Suturing, bread and butter UC, 25-30 patients per day
