Contract Length: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts (no call)

Schedule

Minimum of 20 hours per week (synchronous visits required)
Additional asynchronous work available with flexible scheduling
Providers submit monthly availability for patient scheduling

Operating Hours (EST):

Urgent Care: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Medical Weight Loss: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
TRT/HRT: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Providers supporting multiple service lines will align with extended hours as applicable

Practice Setting
Fully remote telehealth

Clinical Details
Care Model:

80% asynchronous care (chart review and ticket-based visits)
20% synchronous visits (scheduled patient encounters)

Scope:

Urgent care evaluations and treatment
Medical weight loss management
Opportunity to cross-train into hormone therapy (TRT/HRT) and additional service lines

Visit Structure:

Asynchronous: Providers select cases based on licensure and training; includes review of patient intake and history
Synchronous: Patients book directly into provider schedules with pre-visit chart access

Work Expectations

Flexible asynchronous work, including evenings or overnight
Consistent weekly availability required
Weekend-only schedules may be considered with reduced hour requirements

Requirements
Licensure: Active California license required; multiple state licenses preferred (8+ for automatic qualification)
Eligibility: Must be Medicare-eligible (PECOS enrollment required)
Board Certification: Required as a Nurse Practitioner

Credentialing & Onboarding

Timeline: Approximately 2–5 weeks from interview to start
Training: 2 days (virtual onboarding and functional training)
Providers must successfully complete onboarding assessments
