Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner needed in Oregon!

Facility Information
6 Exam rooms:
- 1 procedure room
- 2 isolation rooms
- 1 pediatric room
- 2 standard exam rooms
Pt. seen per day: 20 – 40
Support staffing: 2 – 3 clinical support staff per shift. Mix of RN’s & CMA’s
Medical Director available via email/EPIC/phone during the day
Patient Population: All ages

Job Details
New Grads Accepted: No, must have experience and be able to work independently
Clinic Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am- 6pm, 4 days per week, no call
EMR: EPIC
Licenses and Certifications: Candidates must be Oregon licensed and an Oregon DEA is preferred.
