Job Description: Urgent Care / Occupational Health NP or PA
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing, as-needed opportunity within our Urgent Care and Occupational Health clinic. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys clinical independence while having the security of off-site physician support.

Role Overview
Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic providing both episodic medical care and Occupational Health services (injury treatment).

Autonomy: You will work autonomously with a supervising physician available via phone.

Patient Population: Comprehensive care across all age groups (Pediatric through Geriatric).

EMR System: Anthem.

Requirements
Certification: Must be Board Certified (ANCC or AANP).

Licensure: Active Virginia (VA) medical license is required.

Life Support: Current BLS certification.

Residency: This position is open to local providers only.

Compensation & Benefits
Travel: Local mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.

Schedule: Ongoing coverage based on clinic needs.
