Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg
Location: Claremont, NH
Position Type: Permanent
Shift: Nights | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Shift Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
Openings: 3

*Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate patient care on the inpatient unit
-Provide oversight for staff and operations during the shift
-Demonstrate clinical expertise and evidence-based practice
-Support orientation and development of nursing staff
-Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
-Foster a positive team environment and professional collaboration

*Qualifications:
-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
-Current NH RN license (or compact state license) – Required
-Current BLS and ACLS certifications – Must be uploaded with profile
-Minimum of 3–5 years relevant nursing experience
-Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
