Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 Months with Option to Extend
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday
Special procedures: standard urgent care procedures
Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care

Active OR License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
