Job description

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• State of Michigan Medical licensure
• Current DEA registration and Controlled Substances licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (or within 3 months of hire)
Must be able to see ALL ages
Current Clinic Hours: Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8am to 5pm – Wed 9am to 6pm
