Board-Certified Physician – Virtual Urgent Care & Specialty Services
Job description
Specialties Accepted: Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), Emergency Medicine (EM)
Certification Requirement: Must be actively boarded. Please include your most recent reactivation date on your submission and CV.
We are expanding our national virtual care team and seeking experienced, board‑certified physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care across multiple service lines. Providers will begin in our Urgent Care (UC) vertical with the opportunity to cross‑train into Medical Weight Loss (MWL), Hormone Replacement Therapy/Testosterone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT), and additional programs as they grow with us.
This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a flexible, tech‑forward environment and want to build a long‑term telemedicine practice with significant growth potential.
Licensure Requirements
Providers with eight (8) or more active state licenses will be prioritized.
Providers with fewer than eight licenses will be evaluated using a points‑based system to ensure they can meet coverage needs and manage higher encounter volume.
Case Types
Start in Urgent Care (high-volume, mix of async and sync encounters)
Opportunities to cross‑train into:
Medical Weight Loss (MWL)
HRT/TRT
Additional verticals as available
Scheduling & Work Expectations
Urgent Care Work Mix
80% Asynchronous (chart reviews)
20% Synchronous (live video visits)
Ample async volume available — providers can easily complete 20+ hours/week of async work if desired.
Scheduling Model
Providers submit monthly availability to open calendar windows for synchronous appointments.
Patients book directly into these windows.
Providers may opt into additional shifts as desired.
Asynchronous work may be completed flexibly, including overnight, as long as it is done from a professional, private location.
