Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday (40-Hours per Week)
Practice Setting: Correctional Facility
Assignment Details: Duties include triage, organize and restore the patient care standards in the Long Term Care. Provider will work up to 40 hours onsite on a 30 bed high acuity unit where individuals have various chronic care conditions.
License: Active NY License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Prefer Urgent Care, FP, or Correctional Med Experience
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
