Urogynecologist opportunity in North Washington!
*Open to all schedule requests

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 6-12 months with option for extension
• Specialty: Urogynecologist
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Outpatient clinic & OR procedures
• Shift Details: 3x12hr shifts
• Call: practice call shared with colleagues (weeknights or possible weekend) pager call from triage nurse


Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Willing to license, IMLC state. WA license is preferred
• DEA: Yes
• Minimum experience required: Preferred experienced physician with 3+ years of experience

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days

Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
