Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a skilled PA/NP specializing in Urology for a locum tenens assignment in Duluth, Georgia. This position is focused on staff leveling within an acute hospital setting, offering a consistent schedule and a collaborative environment.

Job Overview
Specialty: PA/NP - Urology

Location: Duluth, GA (Hospital - Acute)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Call Schedule: TBD (Will involve O.R. and Call support for two locations approximately one hour apart)

Patient Volume: 10–12 patients per shift

EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities
This is a comprehensive urology role covering a variety of settings:

Clinic & Outpatient: Managing a steady patient flow in an outpatient practice setting.

Surgical Support: Operating Room (O.R.) assistance and rounding.

Call Coverage: Providing essential support for two regional locations.

Collaboration: Working alongside one Urologist and a dedicated office staff.

Requirements
Licensure: Active Georgia (GA) license is required (Client is not willing to wait for licensure).

Certifications: Board Eligible; ACLS and BLS required.

Documentation: Active DEA required.

Skills: Proficiency in Urology procedures, rounding, and O.R. support.

Facility Highlights
Credentialing: Efficient 21-day estimated timeframe (Temporary privileges not available).

Setting: Hospital-based acute care with no admissions required and no trauma level designation.
