Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Urology experience for a premier, ongoing locum tenens assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role covers a medical leave vacancy and offers a high degree of schedule flexibility.

Job Overview
Specialty: PA/NP - Urology

Location: Marshfield, WI (Level 2 Trauma Center)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Availability: Coverage needed 2–3 weeks per month (Ongoing assignment)

Patient Volume: 10–16 patients per shift

EMR: Cerner

Clinical & Surgical Scope
This is a full-spectrum Urology role involving both inpatient and outpatient care:

Practice Setting: Combined Outpatient Clinic and Inpatient Surgical support.

Responsibilities: Seeing clinic patients, First Assisting in the O.R., and rounding.

Call Profile: 1:4 call ratio (Beeper call); 15-minute response time required.

Procedures: Clinical and surgical Urology experience is required. Cystoscopy experience is preferred but not required.

Patient Population: Adult clinical and surgical patients (No routine pediatrics).

Requirements
Experience: Solid background in Clinical and Surgical Urology is required.

Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified.

Licensure: The client is willing to wait for the right candidate to obtain a Wisconsin license.

Credentials: Active DEA required.

Facility & Credentialing
Support Staff: Work with a robust team of 4 APPs, 1 RN, 3 MAs, and a full office staff.

Credentialing: 60-day estimated timeframe; Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates to expedite the start date.
