Urology Physician Assistant in CA Bay Area

Job description

• Location: Hayward, CA
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3-6 Months with option to extend, as needed
• Setting: Clinic- No OR/Surgery Cases
• Daily Responsibilities: Urology, Kidney Stones, Injections, ECG, Catheters
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 8:30 am – 5 PM – 30 Minute Lunch – Monday - Friday
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: 12-18 Patients per day
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 6 Physicians and MA’s/LVN’s for Support
• EMR: EPIC
• Certifications required/accepted: Certified Physician Assistant
• Credentialing Time frame: Estimated 45-60 Days

• $3,500 referral bonus for any AP referred that goes to work through AMN
