End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Coverage need begins in March. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Work Details:
· Support staff: RN: 3, MA:10, PA/NP: 1
· Patients per shift: 15
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 0
· EMR: EPIC
· Bed in department: 15
· Skills required: Urology specialty experience is required.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Licensed in WA or IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• 3 months with the option to extend
• No call
• Urology experience required
