Urologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Inpatient Facility in Western Georgia

The facility maintains appropriate resources and administrative support to ensure quality patient management during coverage periods. Clinical and operational systems are in place to facilitate effective care coordination throughout each assignment.

About the clinician's workday

The urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM during the specified holiday periods, averaging approximately four hours of work per day inclusive of rounding and callbacks. The scope of practice is limited to general urological cases; no advanced procedures are required. Board certification in Urology is required, and a completely clean background is mandatory for consideration. Call coverage is on-site at an inpatient facility within a health system in Georgia.
