The Position: • Monday – Friday with protected admin time • Work alongside 6 other Urologists; 6 APPs and multiple practice locations • One full day of OR / 5-7 cases per day • Robotics available • 18-22 patients per day in clinic • Subspecialties welcomed• Academic environment and Faculty Appointment if desired Compensation / Benefits: • Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; estimate eligible compensation $730,000 • Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions • More than 40 days off per year • Recruitment incentives include generous signing bonus and relocation expenses The Community: There are so many reasons why Kalamazoo has made the list of 150 best places to live in 2023.
