✔️ MD/DO from accredited institution
✔️ Active NYS medical license & active DEA

✔️ Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and full-scope urological care
✔️ Perform office-based and surgical procedures as credentialed
✔️ Create and manage individualized care plans
✔️ Work seamlessly with MA and Scribe for efficient workflow
✔️ Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
