Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient

EMR System: Epic

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing



Description/Other Details: Provider is currently out on leave, seeking a full time temporary provider to work 40 hours per week and participate in some call. This will be a 3 month assignment with Clinic and OR time.
