Job description

We are seeking onsite Urology Physician Services for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center. The contractor’s physician(s)’ care shall cover the range of Urology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by: American Urological Association Guidelines: Sign up or sign in for contact information

BOARD CERTIFIED UROLOGY PHYSICIAN SERVICES: Estimated Quantity of Hours 2080 Hours: 240$/ Hours

OFF-HOURS COVERAGE / ON CALL (EVERY OTHER WEEK AFTER DUTY DAY ENDS/WEEKEND): Estimated Quantity of Hours 1,236.00 Hours.
Salary: 190$/ Hours

NOTE: On-call contractor’s physician(s) must be available when scheduled to perform on-call services for phone consultations with VA residents and physicians. On-call providers must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site, within 60 minutes when called back. The on-call hourly rate starts once the physician is notified of being called-back. The physician does not get paid if the call-back is not used during the on-call period.
