Vascular Surgery APP Needed in Lebanon, PA

Job description

Start Date: June 1

Contract Length: 13 week

Shift Details: 4 x 10 hour days

Schedule: every other week

Work Details:
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every other week
· Patient Population/Age: 18+
· Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day
· Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
· Special Procedures: bypass amputations

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery
· License Required: PA
· DEA: yes
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of vascular (if no surgical experience that is ok)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
