Vascular APP Needed in WV

Job description

Location: Charleston

Start Date: asap (July likely with credentialing)

Contract Length: 6 months

Shift Details: M-F 0800-1630 or until clinics are complete (normal stay may be till 1700 once a week PRN)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, no call, no weekends

Work Details:

· Support staff: Medical Assistant and RN’s

· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time

· Patients per day: average of 12-15 patients a day depending on follow-up vs initial OV ratio

· Patient population/age:

· Department description: Vascular and Endovascular
tunneled catheters, that would be a plus (not required)!

Practice Setting:

· Hospital

Requirements:

· Board Certification: required

· State license required: required

· DEA: required

· Certifications preferred:

· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

· Minimum experience required:

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days

• No call
• Travel and malpractice included
